Keeping Your Receipts

As we are just getting started on Intense365, I figured I would give you a quick tip.

Go and buy a calendar, preferably on sale (it’s June why are you paying full price)?

Get this and then start keeping track!

If you have a planner or something else you are already using daily, go for it.

The main thing is that you see it and can reflect on it daily and preferably you can write in it (this may disqualify your phone’s calendar).

Ok, so now that we have that,

Real Talk, we got a whole a** year to get through, and it’s not always going to be smooth sailing.

To get past those choppy waters, it’s going to take a bit of grit and clarity and dash of motivation. Lucky you most of that comes with merely keeping track.

Back to the calendar:

-At the top of each month write out what YOUR new challenge for that month is.

-Every day that you stay true to your commitment put an

IS

-in the corner of that day to signify that you made it!

-For the next month, AGAIN at the top write the previous month’s AND this new month’s new challenge to adhere to.

Why IS? ‘Cause Intense Style is too long (duh), or writing “I rock” every day gets lame.

Seriously though, you can use whatever you want, if you are a gold smiley face sticker kind of person then by all means BREAK THEM OUT.

Cause I’m fancy I’m going to use a stamp of this.

Cause I’m fancy I’m going to use a stamp of this.

What you will find is that you, when paying attention, are capable of REAL CHANGE.

You will know this to be truth as you see the repeat of the signifier in the corner.

You will also not want to break your streaks, and it will be apparent to you when you do.

Along the way, you will experience legendary highs as you see your month streaked with your marker (especially the first few months), and you will feel true loss when you see the sporadic ones as you move throughout your year.

The critical thing to remember is :

DON’T WORRY

this is a tool, and we are learning how to use it.

Part of that is checking why we have an empty square.

Much like a food journals purpose , we are evaluating where we go off the rails so we can do better AND can

VISUALLY see and remember

all the days we killed it!

If you are JUST getting started read this real quick

you can legit start NOW!

 If you aren’t doing the 4 C’s,

let me know what you are doing!

Finally, the next month is coming up quick, so be thinking and reaching out about what you want to layer in for July.

-Intensely yours,

Marika
